Moringa oleifera, also known as Moringa, is a native plant of India and Sri Lanka. This fast-growing tree is known in Senegal as nébédaye. Its leaves, fruits, seeds, roots and bark are widely used in health, cosmetics, food for its amazing virtues and its various vitamins. For this purpose, several NGOs and humanitarian programs use the leaves of Moringa oleifera to fight against malnutrition and its related diseases, especially among infants and nursing mothers.

How to make a face mask with Moringa
1) Ingredients
- 01 tablespoon of Jojoba oil
- 01 tablespoon of lemon juice
- One tablespoon of Moringa powder
- 02 tablespoons of green clay powder
2) Instructions for use
Mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth paste.
Then, apply the mixture on your face while avoiding the eyes.
Finally, leave it on for a minimum of 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.
How to make Moringa oil for fast hair growth
1) Ingredients
- 02 teaspoons of Moringa powder
- 100 ml of sunflower oil
2) Instructions for use
In a glass box, mix the Moringa powder and the sunflower oil.
Then, place the mixture in hot water for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the mixture and let it cool.
Strain the mixture well using a clean white cloth and pour the oil into your hair spray.
Your Moringa oil is now ready!

How to make Pancakes with Moringa
1) Ingredients
- 01 tablespoon of Moringa powder
- 185 g of flour
- 02 teaspoons of baking powder
- 01 pinch of salt
- 04 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 02 eggs
- 200 ml of milk
- 50 g melted butter
2) Instructions for use
In a bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, maple syrup and melted butter.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, moringa powder and a pinch of salt.
Make a hole in the center and then add the liquid mixture a little at a time, stirring to avoid lumps.
Then, heat your pan over medium heat, and pour a ladleful of the pancake batter.
When it starts to bubble, flip your pancake over with a spatula and cook for about 40-50 seconds.
Continue this process until the batter is used up.
After each cooking, place the pancakes on top of each other to keep them warm.
Enjoy while still warm with a good drizzle of maple syrup, butter or honey.
*If you have too many lumps, strain your batter through a sieve.
How to make a smoothie with Moringa
1) Ingredients
- 01 tablespoon of Jojoba oil
- 01 or 02 teaspoons of Moringa powder
- 01 cucumber
- 01 lime
- 01 avocado
- 01 glass of water
- 01 fruit of your choice
2) Instructions for use
In a blender, pour all the ingredients and blend well.
