Fragmented millet is a good source of nutrients such as B vitamins, iron, and magnesium, and is high in fiber and protein.

It has a slightly nutty flavor and a chewy texture, and is often used in vegan and gluten-free cooking.

Fragmented millet can be found at natural and specialty food stores and on our website.

It is easy to prepare and can be cooked in boiling water or broth for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
