  • 1 cup water in a bowl


2)  Instructions for use

Combine all ingredients and mix until a dough forms, then turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes. 

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. 

Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

In a bowl, whisk 1 cup millet flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt together. 

In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, 1 egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. 

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. 

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. 

Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. 

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown.
